My name is Jemma and I started my career in counselling as I know the huge benefits that having the space to talk, order your thoughts and explore what you need to, can do.

I am a pluralistic counsellor which means I am trained to work in a variety of different ways and with different counselling approaches. This means I can tailor the way in which I work and will be looking to work along side you in a way that meets your needs to ensure, to you feel as comfortable as possible. 

Taking the first steps in beginning counselling can often seem daunting and overwhelming.. it can often seem scary and a big step to take. I offer a caring professional  non judgemental and safe environment to help you feel more comfortable to make that initial contact and beyond.

I have worked within a wide range of areas, including survivors of Domestic and Sexual abuse and have experience working with trauma and the huge impact it can have on people's lives.
